Kevin Schlarman CPA, CFP^®

Kevin Schlarman is a Partner at McCrate, DeLaet & Company, where he is dedicated to meeting with clients to develop plans that minimize tax burdens and establish comprehensive wealth plans. His experience encompasses estate planning, retirement planning, business succession planning, and consulting on a wide variety of business issues. Kevin specializes in corporate and individual taxation, estate and business succession planning, and comprehensive wealth management, having worked in the financial services industry since 2012.

Over the course of his career, Kevin has obtained the Certified Public Accountant® (CPA®) certification, the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, and the FINRA Series 66 and 7 securities licenses. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, he attended Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting & Finance.

Kevin is committed to providing his clients with an emphasis on the whole financial picture. With his experience in tax and financial planning, he ascertains that all aspects are working in unison to help his clients achieve their financial goals.

Outside of work, Kevin is actively involved in the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA), the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), and serves as a board member of S&H Products. He resides in Osgood with his wife, Katrina, and their three daughters, Lucy, Ava, Emersyn and son, Nolan.
