Kaitlyn joined McCrate, DeLaet & Company in 2021. She graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2019 with her Bachelors of Science in Accounting. She later completed her Master of Accountancy in 2020, also at Bowling Green. Kaitlyn is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s and the AICPA. She resides in Botkins with her husband, Troy. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys reading, golfing, and watching the Cincinnati Bengals.
