Diane joined McCrate, DeLaet & Company in 2017 with nearly 30 years of prior experience in both private and public accounting. She specializes in accounting, audit and tax, with her primary interest being individual and business taxation. Diane graduated from Defiance College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and AICPA. Diane resides in Minster with her husband Ed and together they have four children. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
