DALE A. SCHWIETERMAN, CPA
Managing Partner
Dale joined McCrate, DeLaet & Co. in 1972. He is a graduate of Bowling Green University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
Dale is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). He is very involved with the OSCPA being past chairman of the Agri-Business Committee and past President of the Lima Area Chapter of the OSCPA.
Being very involved in community activities, Dale is chair for the Business Development Committee of Marion Community Development Organization, and is treasurer for the Spiritual Center of Maria Stein.

DAVID J. MONNIER, CPA

Dave joined McCrate, DeLaet & Co. in 1974. Dave is a gradutate of Bowling Green University with a B.A. in Accounting.
Currently Dave serves on the Holy Angels Church Finance Committee and the Salvation Army Endowment Committee. Dave is involved in the community by being a director with Wilson Memorial Hospital. Dave is a member of the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs. Dave previously served as treasurer and director of the Sidney/Shelby Chamber of Commerce. Dave also served on committees with United Way, Lehman High School, and Holy Angels School.

Don is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs. Don is currently serving as treasurer of the Piqua County Club. Don has previously served as president and trustee of Wilson Memorial Hospital, president and director of the Sidney-Shelby County YMCA and YMCA Foundation, and treasurer and director of the Sidney/Shelby County Chamber of Commerce.
Don joined the firm in 1978. He is a graduate of Miami University of Oxford with a B.A. in Accounting and Finance.

Dick joined McCrate, DeLaet & Co. November 1, 2006 after 34 years in accounting and tax practice at 1443 N. Main Ave., Sidney, Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Urbana University. Dick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). He is also enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.
